INFORMATION REQUIRING INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW (ART. 13
- lgs. 30.06.2003, n. 196 e s.m.i.)
In notes as required to sense and effect (art.13 del D. Lgs. 30 giugno 2003 n. 196 e s.m.i.), with this declaration Associazione Giulio Montico – Address: Via Acque Alte, km 0.500, 04100 Latina, Italy VAT NUMBER: 02067380598, Holder of the Treatment, informs the interested people about the aims and methods of treatment of the collected data and their communication and the nature of the provision.
Personal identifying data (name, surname, email address, telephone number) collected from the interested people represent the subject of the treatment and they are used directly to pursue the request of information as well as the useful and connected goals.
WAY OF TREATMENT
The treatment of data is executed through informatic and paper supports by the owner and the people in charge, properly appointed, with the warranty that, in any case, the data will be used in accordance with the law (D.Lgs 196/2003 e s.m.i.). Data are stored in paper form and informatic form and the least measure of security foreseen by the law are ensured as well as the measures useful to ensure the proper level of protection for the data subject of the treatment.
COMMUNICATION, SPREAD AND TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
Data will not be spread, sold or exchanged with a subject different from the owner, persons responsible and in charge appointed without the explicit approval of the person interested, except for possible communication to third parties, that will be useful to follow up the requests of interested people. Especially, the data shall be communicated to the societies and the advisors in the helpdesk and, even in an indirect or accidental way, to the hosting societies with which the owner has a relationship aimed to the fullfilment of the social subject.
In any case, the use from third parties shall happen completely respecting the principle of the fairness and the law’s prescriptions. Data managed from the owner can be transferred abroad to regularly follow up the aims described, respecting and observing the art. 42 (D.lgs no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions).
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party can enforce their rights as expressed by the articles 7,8,9 (Legislative Decree 30th June 2003, no. 196 and subsequent amendments and additions), addressing to the owner of the treatment, by sending an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Specifically, according to article 7, the interested party may obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning the party, even if not registered yet, and their communication in an intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain details about : a)the origin of their personal data b)the aim and ways of the treatment c) the logics applied in case of a treatment made with electronics instruments d) the identification of the owner, the responsible and the representative appointed pursuant the article 5, clause 2 ; e) the subjects and the categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may come to knowledge as a designate representative in the territory of the State (responsible or person in charge). The interested party has the right to obtain : a) the updates, amendments or, when there is interest in it, the additions of data b) the cancellation, the transformation in an anonymous form or the block of data treated in violation of law, including those for which it is not necessary the conservation for the purposes for which the data have been collected, or subsequently treated c) the declaration that the operation of letter a) and b) have come to knowledge, even about their content, whose data have been communicated and spread, except the case when this compliance is impossible or it takes an engagement of instruments clearly disproportionate to the protected right. The interested party has the right to take position against, completely or partially : a) for legal reasons for treatment of personal data who concerns it, event if relevant to the purpose of collection b) the treatment of personal data who concerns it for the purpose of sending the advertising material or direct sales or for the fullfillment of market reserarches or commercial communication.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND CONSENT
The provision of data is facultative and it is up to the voluntee of the interested party. Nevertheless, in case of a missed provision it will not be possible to follow up the request.
In accordance with article 23 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 the consent of the treatment of the above mentioned data is necessary, considering that does not exist a previous contractual relations about the way of the treatment and the communication of the data, even abroad.
The consent is freely considered given just by checking the box « give your consent ».
Information about cookies. Cookies are strips of text of little dimension that are sent to the user’s computer (usually to the browser) by websites; here they are memorized to be spread again to the same websites at the next visit of the same user.
